⮚ Dr. Syamala Devi and Dr Linjusha Attended AYUSH Academic Review Meeting on 04/05/2024 conducted by The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, presided by the Vice Chancellor Dr. Narayanasamy at Sree Ramakrishna Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, Kulasekaram.
⮚ Dr. Syamala Devi and Dr. Linjusha attended Charaka Jayanthi Utsav 2024 organised by Vishwa Ayurved Parishad, Tamilnadu State unit at Immanual Arasar Ayurveda Medical College on 31/08/2024.
⮚ A national seminar “Stanya Jeevamrutam” was conducted by the Department of Kaumarabhritya, MAMCH on 01.08.2024 & 02.08.2024. Dr. Roshini Anirudhan, Professor, Govt Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram, Dr. Nandu G Joseph, Associate Prof and Dr. Deepa, Asso Professor from Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College were the Resource persons.
⮚ Charaka Jayanthi was celebrated by the Dept of Samhita Siddhanta, MAMCH on 09/08/2024 with Sloka Parayana and Sloka recitation competitions.
⮚ Onam celebration was conducted on 12.09.2024 and students participated in various cultural programs, Athapoo competition with Thiruvona Sadya.
⮚ Faculties and students attended and participated in paper presentations, poster presentations in the International Conference organized on 24/10/2024 & 25/10/2024 in commemoration of National Ayurveda Day 2024 by The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. University, Chennai on the theme Global Ayurveda: Innovations & Integrations. Dr. Syamala Devi, Dr. Linjusha, Dr. Nicy Wilson, Dr. Nisha, Dr. Devaraj, Dr. Manivannan and Dr. Sindhu participated in this conference.
⮚ Students were participated in the seminar “Vijnana Sarani” conducted by Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad on 05/11/2024 & 06/11/2024. Dr. Chenthil Kumar and Dr. Krishna S Nair accompanied with the students.
⮚ Satellite Event, awareness program was arranged by Dr. Jayakar Sreenivasan, as a part of World Ayurveda Congress, Dehradun in our college on 15/11/2024. Several competitions like short film, stage show, Rangoli competition were conducted for students and prizes and certificates were distributed.
⮚ The inauguration of the ninth batch of Ayurveda Professionals as per the guidelines of the university started on 20/11/2024.
⮚ Prakruti Parikshan Campaign by faculties and students were done in several colleges.
⮚ Freshers’ Day celebration was conducted on 06/12/2024.
⮚ Christmas celebration was celebrated on 20/12/2024 with cultural programs and cake distribution.
⮚ “Meditation Day” was celebrated on 21/12/2024 by the Dept of Swasthavritta, MAMCH. Faculties and Students were participated in the meditation. A lecture class regarding the instructions and benefits of meditation was taken by Dr. Anoopa Sivapal.
⮚ Pongal celebration was celebrated by students and staff on 11.01.2024 to 13.01.2024 with various cultural programs, Pongal recipe preparation and games.
⮚ Graduation for the first and second batch Ayurveda students was conducted on 24/01/2024 and 19/10/2024 respectively.
⮚ A tour program to Ooty, Cochin & Wonderla was arranged for first-year B.A.M.S. senior batch students along with Coordinators Dr. Chenthil Kumar and Dr. Arya R V from 27.02.2024 to 01.02.2023.

⮚ Dr. Nicy Wilson participated as scientific committee member in International conference Global Ayurveda: Innovations & Integrations, conducted by The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. University, Chennai.
⮚ Dr Linjusha & Dr. Thushara Lal were selected as Subject experts for the subjects Samhita Adhyayan 2 & Rachana Sareera and attended the expert committee meeting held on 7/10/2024 & 08/10/2024 by the The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
⮚ Dr. Samraj, Dr. Nicy Wilson, Dr. Sreerama Lekshmi and Dr. Anjitha were invited as a Resource person to take Induction classes for first-year students in the Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Kottar, Nagercoil.
⮚ Dr. Linjusha published 3 articles indexed in UGC CARE & Web of science journal “Annals of Ayurveda Medicine” on April, 2024 & “International Journal of Biology, Pharmacy and Allied science” on January 2025.
⮚ Dr. Linjusha & Dr. Manivannan published an article indexed in UGC CARE journal “Veda Vipasha” on the title “Sandhi as a learning tool for understanding Sloka w.s.r to Ashtanga Hridaya, Uttarasthana, Karnaroga Vijnaneeyam Adhyaya, in December, 2024.
⮚ As a part of Ph.D studies, Dr. Linjusha developed an Audio Software APP on Ashtanga Hridaya Uttarasthana and published in the play store on February, 2024.
⮚ Dr. Kavitha presented a paper in a seminar conducted by CCRAS, Chennai held on 06.01.2024 & 07.01.2024.
⮚ Dr. Kavitha published two articles in the journal “Frontiers in Health informatics” in the title “A case study on Amavata w.s.r. to Rheumatiod Arthritis” and “Ayurvedic management of alcohol withdrawal syndrome – A case report”.
⮚ Dr. Linjusha & Dr. Kavitha presented paper at the Datta Megha Institute of Higher education and research centre at Wardha, Maharashtra on 18.01.2024 & 19.01.2024.
⮚ Dr. Manivannan attended the workshop conducted by NCISM on the topic “Computational tools for teaching and learning Sanskrit” on 19/03/2024 to 21/03/2024 at the University of Hyderabad.
⮚ Dr. Nicy Wilson completed Ph.D in Kaya Chikitsa on December 5, 2024. She published research article in European Journal of Biomedical and pharmaceutical science in January, 2024 and published a book on “Hundred remedies for cough in Tamil language”.
⮚ Dr. Nicy Wilson attended the workshop conducted by NCISM on Entrepreneurship.
⮚ Dr. Linjusha and Dr. Nicy Wilson presented paper in the International conference Global Ayurveda: Innovations & Integrations, conducted by The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. University, Chennai on 24/10/2024 & 25/10/2024.
⮚ Dr. Neeraja published an article in the jounal “International journal of research in Ayurveda and Pharmacy” on the title “Concept of social anxiety disorder in Ayurveda – A review” on September, 2024.
⮚ An article published by Dr. Hima R K in the journal “Journal of Natural Remedies” in the title “Comparative In-vitro Antibacterial activity of Mridweekaadi Leham and Mridweekadi Syrup against selected respiratory pathogens on June, 2024.
⮚ Another article published by Dr Hima in AIP conference proceedings on the title “A comparative GCMS analysis of Vachadi oil prepared by two different heat sources” on July, 2024.

⮚ Ms. Aishwarya V K, Second year Senior batch student won “Ahalia Yuva Pratibha award” in the seminar Vijnana Sarani conducted by Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad for achieving first prize in essay competition.
⮚ Ms. Aishwarya M won first prize in paper presentation in Stanya Jeevamrutam national Seminar.
⮚ Naveen S G, 2nd year senior student won first place with cash award Rs. 10000/- on the paper presentation at Nava Ayurkshitij International Conference. Also won first place on paper presentation at Stanya Jeevamrutam National Conference held at Palakkad. Won first place on stage show at Ayurveda congress Satellite event. Won cash prize on “Drug awareness reel competition” conducted by Coimbatore city police. Won cash prize on video presentation at All India Institute of Ayurveda, Goa. Naveen S G presented paper on International conference Global Ayurveda: Innovations & Integrations. Also presented paper, poster and reel on the seminar Vijnana Sarani. He was invited as guest speaker on Summer camp conducted by Elaya Bharatham Seva Trust, Madurai and also selected as a convenor in Jignasa Ayush South Tamilnadu organization.
⮚ Mr shriram G P, 2nd year senior batch and Ms. Amrithasree , 1st year senior batch secured first and second place in Sloka recitation competition on Charaka Jayanthi held on 09/08/2024.

⮚ Ms. Anjana Das and Rahmath Deen Muhajira, third year students scored 70%.

⮚ Mr. Mahith, first year junior got first place in both 100mts and 200mts running competition conducted in Maria group of medical Institutions Sports Meet, 2024.
⮚ Ms. Vibisha, first year senior got first place in 100mts running competition.
⮚ Ms. Athira, second year junior got first place in 200mts running competition.

⮚ Our college has 100 bedded hospital with 12 OPD s functioning from 9am to 1pm.
⮚ Several medical camps were conducted in various panchayat and free medicines were distributed.
